  • Art Coast is a full-service property management company that takes the hassle out of owning an investment property. Leave your home in Art Coast’s hands, and we will deal with the unexpected, inevitable issues that arise from owning a home. We'll be your main point of contact so you don’t have to spend your time on the phone from afar with various service providers trying to fix this, that, and the other. We’re proud to offer around-the-clock guest support, property maintenance, professional cleaning services, and individualized marketing. Art Coast is your one point of contact, and will treat your home with the utmost care and attention.

  • First step is getting in touch with us! Our team will walk you through our list of services, set an appointment to view your home and make sure the property is a right fit, then go over your personalized management fee. Once you decide to move forward, we will send our management contract over for signature. We'll need access to the home to confirm all permits are in place, ensure everything is in working order, complete a deep clean of the property, and compile information for the listing. Once we are guest-ready we'll take care of the rest!

  • Art Coast charges a percentage of total bookings, so we don’t make money unless you do. This flat fee is personalized for each home so there is no need to worry about nickel and diming. When determining your management fee, there are several factors we take into account: the property’s amenities, number of bedrooms, location, etc.

  • No hiding here! On your monthly owner’s report, you will see a list of any maintenance charges that occured to keep your home in good standing. In the event that a major repair is needed, you will be notified immediately so we can address it in a timely fashion. Any major guest-affecting issue will be handled in the moment by either our maintenance team or a local service provider. Transparency is key- we never want you to feel like there are any unnecessary or surprise charges.

  • Art Coast provides payment on a monthly basis. Log into your private owner’s portal to view your monthly expenses and potential income. Choose how you wish to receive payment- it can be by direct deposit or by check. If you have any questions on your statement, our team will reach out for further clarification.

  • We anticipate that you will be nothing short of thrilled with our services. But if for any reason you need to end our partnership, all we ask is for a 90 day notice. We will continue to manage the reservations over that 90 day period allowing for a smooth transition process.

  • This policy is set at your discretion. We completely understand if you want your home to be pet-free. However, we do encourage allowing your guests to bring along their doggies, as this only helps encourage a wider array of guests to be interested in renting your home.

  • Art Coast will work with our partners in the area to ensure the exterior of your home is looking its best. This is the guests first impression and is just as important as the interior.

  • Fear not! We work with Safely Insurance covering each reservation under a comprehensive insurance plan. Safely’s insurance policy covers on-site incidents, including property contents, structural property damage, and personal injury—for the homeowner, the property manager, and guests—so everyone’s protected.

  • Of course not. What’s the point of having a vacation home if there is a limit to how much you can enjoy it? Simply sign into the app to manage your owner stays. Plan your visits in advance, and when you are ready for us to open the calendar for guest bookings, simply let us know!
