We ensure that all promised amenities are always stocked, including toiletries and kitchen supplies. Our maintenance team will complete periodic inspections to ensure your home is free of damage and is up to code. Our noise and crowd monitoring devices ensure that guests are enjoying the property in a respectful manner. These privacy sensitive devices measure decibel levels, alerting our team when the volume exceeds a reasonable level. Additionally, all of our properties come with vacation rental protection. Whether you’d simply like a refresh with existing furniture pieces or would like to do a full remodel, our interior design program can do it all.
Hot Tub Installation & Maintenance
Boy oh boy do guests love hot tubs. Being one of the most searched-for amenities, this enhancement can earn you up to 20% more in overall revenue. Choosing to install a hot tub will not only give more visibility to your property, but you’ll be able to relax and enjoy it as well. Leave the maintenance to us: we'll test the water and calibrate PH levels, drain and refill the hot tub when necessary, schedule maintenance for any specialized repairs, and keep an eye on the cover for wear and tear. Adding a hot tub to your property will be a win-win for both you and your guests.
Luxury Linen Service
We think you’ll agree that our guests’ comfort is paramount. Our luxury linen service is a way to ensure exceptional comfort by incorporating boutique hotel grade linens into your home. Fluffy towels, hypoallergenic pillows, and high thread-count sheets are details guests (and even you) will love. Enrolling in our luxury linen service will get you two sheet sets per bed and enough towels based on the home’s occupancy. We'll take care of it all, leaving you with a hassle-free experience. We provide enough linens, launder them, replace them between reservations, and replenish them when needed. We'll also conduct an annual linen refresh at a small cost. Should our team notice the linens getting worn and torn before that, we will replace them at no cost to you.
Artisanal Bath Products
Have a clawfoot or Jacuzzi tub? Your guests will love it! Opt in for our artisanal bath product package so your guests can enjoy a premier soaking experience during their stay. In addition to our standard bath products, each bathing quarters will be stocked with artisanal soap and bath salts. These therapeutic items are staged on a bath tray, allowing your guests to indulge with ease. They’ll be sure to feel relaxed and pampered, compelling them to rave about their experience in their review.
Garden Maintenance
Begonias, petunias, and tulips- oh my! Is your home covered in beautiful landscaping that requires maintenance? Or are you hesitant to invest in your garden because you're worried about the upkeep? Don’t worry, we’ve got that covered, too. Art Coast works with the greenest thumbs in Southwest Michigan so that your landscaping always stays beautifully lush and well-maintained.
In the spring, we also make it easy to order beautiful, custom potted arrangements for your entryways and around your property. Guests love this inviting detail, making your property stand out among the rest.
