You will find 3 very comfortably spacious bedrooms on the main level, 3 full bathrooms, a cozy living room and dining room with a fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen jam packed with essentials. Upstairs is a great retreat space with 2 queen beds for the kiddos (or adults). The outdoor area at Have it all Haven is spectacular! A beautiful firepit area with Adirondack chairs, a 6 person hot tub, outdoor dining, volleyball, cornhole, the works!
Have it all Haven is perfectly situated just 4 minutes from the artsy downtown’s of Saugatuck and Douglas, where fabulous boutiques and restaurants fill the streets! Take a quick 4 minute drive to the nearest beach and soak up the sun. Collect some epic beach stones while you feel the sand that has been voted top 25 shorelines in the world! Within a few minutes you can land yourself in a seat at some of the best wineries, breweries, and cideries in the entire state! U-Pick fruit farms, pumpkin patches, cider mills fill the area for the ultimate fun no matter the time of year.

Conveniently located on Blue Star Highway (our main road here in Saugatuck) you can easily zip a mile up the road and land in the darling towns of Saugatuck & Douglas. These sister towns have a storied history of incredible beauty, divine cuisine, and a killer art scene. From small businesses that have been operating for decades to fresh, new popups, there is something for everyone in this thriving cultural center voted Best Beach Town by Midwest Living Magazine.
The nearby Oval Beach is only 10 minutes away, and Conde Nast Traveler has ranked it in the top 25 best shorelines in the world! That's right, the WORLD! State-known hiking and biking trails fill the area, and gorgeous state parks with majestic forested dunes line the shoreline. There is no shortage of incredible offerings no matter what you're into. We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 7-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window.

Your pup is on vacation too and we want them to be just as spoiled and comfortable! Each of our Pet Friendly Properties has a doggie basket filled with Food & Water Bowls, Waste Bags, Waterless Pet Shampoo, a Doggie Towel, Spot Remover, and some Treats. Please make us aware of your pets visit so we can prepare the property for them. Our Pet Fee is $145 and will be added to the total for the reservation.
